Eastern Margins announce 2025 London festival featuring Jax Jones, DJ Love, Minna-no-kimochi, more

Eastern Margins has announced the return of its Margins United festival to London on 27th September 2025.

Founded in 2018, the UK collective celebrating alternative East and South East Asian creativity will welcome J-Pop icon Kyary Pamyu Pamyu as its headliner. Regarded as an architect of hyperpop, she has previously collaborated with the late-SOPHIE and Charli XCX.

The event will also welcome Jax Jones & Friends, Emei, Tohji, Jianbo, and budots pioneer DJ Love. Japanese DJ collective Minna-Noh-Kimochi, Chinese producer Dirty K, and celebrated live acts Lucy Tun and Billionhappy appear on the bill too.

Ticket pre-sale begins at 10AM BST Thursday 10th April. General Sale starts 10AM BST Friday 11th April. Full details and sign up here.

For 2025, the festival will run across two venues. White City’s Exhibition will host daytime action, alongside the Eternal Market featuring over 20 independent markers, food vendors, publishers and designers from East and South East Asian diasporas. By night, the focus switches to legendary Kings Cross institution Scala.

Earlier this month, Jax Jones – who was voted No.82 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs poll last year – released a new single, ‘Bad Boys’, featuring Rebecca Black and sooyeon via Eastern Margins. Prior to last year’s Margins United, Eastern Margins released an expansive compilation album showcasing artists appearing at the event and select associates.
