Chloé Caillet and Luke Alessi share new single, ‘The One (ft. Jocelyn Brown)’: Listen

Chloé Caillet and Luke Alessi have released their single, ‘The One’, featuring singer Jocelyn Brown. Listen to it below.

The Parisian and Australian producers initially worked together on the track two years ago after meeting for the first time in Ibiza. “At the time, we didn’t think too much of it — but the response has been mind blowing!” Caillet wrote on Instagram. 

Esteemed American dance vocalist Jocelyn Brown rerecorded her vocals from the original sample of her 1984 hit ‘Somebody Else’s Guy‘, Caillet said. “It started getting support from artists we love, and then the real magic happened: we got a re-sing and a from the legendary Jocelyn Brown”, she wrote. “The original song was my go to record to play on almost every set when I first started DJing. I’m still in shock to see her name next to ours on this record”. 

‘The One’ is out now on Caillet’s label SMiiLE, launched in 2024. So far in 2025, she’s been remixed by Call Super and appeared on Cormac’s Queerly Beloved interview podcast. Last year, she collaborated with SG Lewis on ‘Be Somebody‘ and Nyra on ‘Last One For Today‘, and she remixed Flight Facilities’ single ‘Trouble‘.
