Boudica Music Conference shares full programme for 2023 edition
Boudica, the multidisciplinary platform built to spotlight female, trans+ and non-binary people within music, has shared the full programme for its 2023 edition of the Boudica Music Conference.
The event, set to take place on 25th November 2023 at FOLD, will be the third edition held by the platform and follows the success of last year’s conference.
Panels will be run throughout the day – dedicated to exchanging knowledge in an accessible, safer environment, striving to encourage more trans+, female and non-binary individuals to become involved in the music industry – followed by an after-party with DJ sets from Balsha & Allatt, LYDO, Samantha Togni, and Swan Meat.
Alongside the panels, there will also be a one-to-one Mentorship Hub and a DJ Workshop in collaboration with Pioneer DJ.
Some of the topics explored on panels during the conference will include: building support within the music industry for trans+, non-binary and female-identifying individuals; breaking barriers and amplifying each other’s voices; amplifying trans+ voices in the music industry; LGBTQIA+ representation in the music industry, as well as working towards a brighter future in the music industry.
Guests already confirmed to speak on panels include industry professionals such as NIKS (B.A.D), Planningtorock, Nadine Noor (Pxssy Palace), Adem Holness (Southbank Centre), I. JORDAN, and Lasha Jorjoliani (FOLD Co-Founder) speaking on topics to support a brighter future in electronic music.
Boudica has also shared that they are looking for emerging trans+, non-binary and female-identifying DJs to play at FOLD on the night. More information can be found here.
