​​Bawo and Jordy link up on new single, ‘Magnifique’: Listen

Bawo and Jordy have shared a new collaborative single, ‘Magnifique’. Check it out below.

Since last summer’s ‘Terra Incognita’, Bawo has appeared on a handful of tracks, delivering sharp guest verses to keep fans satisfied until his next solo release. Over a year later, the London MC has finally delivered ‘Magnifique’ with Essex rapper Jordy.

“The wait is over,” he said in a press release. “‘Magnifique’ is a precious release to me, marking my being back outsiiiiide.”

Cascading keys, wistful vocals, and a simple drum pattern (produced by Kxmel​​) serve as the backdrop for Bawo’s cipher. His streams of consciousness are realistic, but optimistic as he yearns for a brighter future. Jordy joins in for a cheeky feature, humorously chiming in with his own life experiences.
