Batu releases debut album, ‘Opal’, on Timedance: Listen

Batu’s long-awaited debut album ‘Opal’ is out today via his Timedance label. Listen to it below.

The 11-track LP sees the Bristol artist take the experimentation key to his previous EPs and 12-inches to deeper levels and not always squarely on the dance floor. 

Batu is the newly announced cover star of DJ Mag UK’s May issue, also out now. Inside, he talks to Chal Ravens about his album, how the pandemic’s affected his thinking, the Bristol scene and more.
