A tribute mix for Avicii aired on Tomorrowland’s One World Radio this week. 

Marking two years since the beloved EDM star’s tragic death, Nicky Romero and Laidback Luke stepped up to put together an hour long show celebrating the music of their friend. Featuring hits and deep cuts from the producer’s catalogue, as well as memories and stories from Luke and Romero, it’s a touching tribute to the sorely missed artist.

Earlier this week Avcii’s friend and collaborator Aloe Blacc curated a 24-hour live streamed tribute to the artist, real name Tim Bergling. The Swedish EDM star’s legacy and influence on the world of electronic music endures, with hit ‘Wake Me Up’ being named as the highest charting dance track of the decade. Earlier in the year, Avicii was awarded two posthumous Swedish Grammys for his album ‘TIM’, which was completed by friends and collaborators. Just this month, ‘TIM’ won the award for Best Album at this year’s International Dance Music Awards.
