News

AKAI has announced a new version of their classic range – MPC One Retro. With the same functionality as the One announced last year the Retro features the same colour stylings and logo from the iconic MPC60 sampler, designed by Roger Linn. The cream case and red logo give it a retro feel while the multi-touch screen, controls and functionality on the MPC One remain.

Other features include totally standalone functionality, 16 RGB pads, 2GB RAM and onboard storage as well as 2GB of pre-installed content, four TRS CV/Gate ins and outs with eight total outputs. There’s an SD card slot too for storing and transferring samples and projects.

The MPC One Retro costs £659 and is available now. Watch the video below for more and visit the AKAI website here.
