A 'multi sensory' Daft Punk experience is happening next month

A special “multi-sensory” experience called the Daft Punk Pyramid Dome Experience will take place in Los Angeles on 8th and 9th April, in Los Angeles’ Wisdome.

The experience will be housed inside a 12,000 square foot dome, with 360-degree projection mapping. It will also include thousands of LEDs made especially for the arena, which will provide a multi-sensory experience when inside.

“Daft Punk Pyramid Dome Experience takes you to a multi-sensory dance party meets immersive space opera inspired by the legendary duo,” says a description accompanying the event’s announcement. “Take in the state of the art LED Pyramid stage, stunning 360 projection mapping, and transportive musical production featuring live sets from ONE MORE TIME!”

ONE MORE TIME! are a tribute band who will play live at the event and present an “original narrative and live mixed musical production”, according to the event information.

Find more information about the experience here.

Daft Punk recently aired a rare 1997 live set, captured around the time of the release of their first album, ‘Homework’, which was also last month reissued to mark its 25th anniversary.

The duo split for good last year.
