A.G remixes Kelela’s ‘Happy Ending’: Listen

Kelela has shared a remix of her 2023 single ‘Happy Ending’ by London artist A.G. Listen to it below. 

The Reese bass-fuelled remix draws on chopped-up breakbeats and retains the original cut’s full vocals. It’s the third remix to be unveiled from ‘Rave:N’, Kelela’s forthcoming remix album for her 2023 record ‘Raven’.

In October, ahead of the announcement of the full record, Kelela unveiled a remix of ‘Contact’ by Karen Nyame KG. Last month, Flexulant x BAMBII’s remix of ‘Closure’ feat. Rahrah Gabor + Brazy was released. 

More names such as TYGAPAW, Shygirl, Loraine James, DJ Swisha, Yaeji, Liv.e, LEECH, and Kyruh also contribute. Spanning no less than 20 tracks, the collection also includes a different take on ‘Sorbet’ by LSDXOXO, who was credited as producer on the original album alongside Yo Van Lenz, AceMo and Florian T M Zeisig, of ambient duo OCA.
