A. G. Cook shares new track, ‘Silver Thread Golden Needle’: Listen

A.G. Cook has dropped a new 10-minute single, ‘Silver Therad Golden Needle’. Listen to it below. 

Released on New Year’s Day, the single marks the London producer’s first release since the closure of his label PC Music.

In June last year, the label announced: “After a decade of activity, 2023 will be PC Music’s final year of new releases… Following that, the label will be dedicated to archival projects and special reissues. We have an undisclosed number of new albums and singles coming very soon.”

Accompanying ‘Silver Thread Golden Needle’ is a visualiser directed by Lena Weber and Aaron Chan. Watch it below.

The single comes a month on from ‘Soft Rock’, the full-length album from Thy Slaughter, AKA Cook and Easyfun. The release features contributions from the likes of Caroline Polacheck, Charli XCX and the late SOPHIE, who was a close friend and collaborator of Cook’s.
