Hudson Mohawke drops 'Valentines Slow Jams 2022' via LuckyMe: Listen

Hudson Mohawke has shared a new mix in his Valentines Slow Jams series.

Following a five year hiatus, the Glasgow-born, LA-based artist has dropped ‘Valentines Slow Jams 2022: Chapter XI’ via LuckyMe, after teasing a return of the project last week.

Billed, of course, as “maybe the worst one yet”, the mix features an hour of smooth tunes, and marks 15 years since the beginning of the series.

You can download the mix, as well as previous mixes from the series, via LuckyMe for free.

Hudson Mohawke is a mystery. The shy Glasgow-born, LA-dwelling producer and DJ has made boundary-breaking music and worked with superstars, but he scarcely does interviews, leaving his music to do the talking for him. After the initial pandemic lockdown in 2020 led to a shift in his consciousness — and a thrilling archive album series for Warp Records — Hudson Mohawke sat down with DJ Mag’s Amy Fielding to tell the world his story.
