A Berlin club is holding vaccination parties

News

Berlin venue Arena is hosting three vaccination parties next week.

The parties are scheduled for 9th, 11th and 13th August, and will include sets from a number of Berlin-based DJs, such as Nick Höppner, Tama Sumo, Hennig Baer and Sammy Dee. Arena, a large, multi-room space, has been in use as a vaccination centre since December.

Guests will be given the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, and attendance is free of charge. People will not require an identity card to receive the vaccination, and can reserve a place here. It’s also possible to go and receive a jab without an appointment.

Berlin will also host a number of trial indoor events with unmasked, non-distanced crowds this weekend. Club events are only allowed to take place fully outdoors in the city at present.
