Field Maneuvers will return next year: “You’ve given us the confidence to go again”
Field Maneuvers has announced that it will return in full force in 2025, after initially stating that 2024 would be the festival’s final edition “in its current form”.
The team behind the independent Norfolk festival shared a statement on social media last week, clarifying that despite previous plans to scale back operations, the 12th edition will go ahead at full capacity, taking place from August 15th-17th next year.
“As you know, we weren’t sure if we’d make it this far,” their statement read. “This time last year, we were done with FM. Running an independent festival in this volatile climate is masochistic at the best of times – at least 50 UK festivals didn’t make it past the start line this year…”
“Now, we find ourselves wanting to do it all over again. But why? Well, mostly because of you lot. You saved us with the crowdfunder, you supported us when we said it was our last party, and since then, we have been overwhelmed with your messages of support and love. You’ve given us the confidence to go again.”
Fuelled by the dedication of directors Leon Cole, Ele Beattie, Henry Morris and the rest of the team behind the scenes, Field Maneuvers has grown into one of the UK’s most beloved independent festivals over the past eleven years. While the full line-up is yet to be announced, the 2025 edition promises to maintain Field Maneuvers’ reputation for exciting lineups and top-tier sound systems.
The festival’s 2024 instalment took place from 16th-18th August, featuring a mix of underground talent and established names, including Eris Drew, Octo Octa, Ben Sims, FAFF, OK Williams, Angel D’Lite and many more.
Tickets for next year’s Field Maneuvers are on sale now via the festival’s website. Half of all tickets will be available at the lowest price today (27th September), including limited deposit and group options – ending at midnight or when they run out.
In the FM team’s words, “early sales equals an even better FM than last year. And we have so many new plans we want you to see.”
