FOUNDATION.FM releases International Women’s Day compilation featuring Karen Nyame KG, Ariel Zetina, more

London radio station, record label and creative agency FOUNDATION.FM has released a new compilation to mark this year’s International Women’s Day.

Taking in 12 tracks, ‘Bodies’ is described in a press release as “a celebration of all bodies, with a dedicated focus on showcasing women, queer and non-binary talent”. FOUNDATION.FM’s founders hope, they say, to “showcase our position in club culture by creating a project that brings together the artists and producers who we have been watching and admiring”.

‘Bodies’ features new cuts by the likes of Ariel Zetina, LUXE, DJ Lycox and Karen Nyame KG, who collaborates on the record with Ikonika, and more.

The digital release is available now. A limited-edition 12-inch vinyl release is set to follow on 8th April

You can get the full release on Bandcamp, and listen to it below.

FOUNDATION.FM first announced details of ‘Bodies’ at the start of February.

FOUNDATION.FM (FFM) was launched in Peckham in November 2018 by Becky Richardson, Ami Bennett and Frankie Wells, as a music platform prioritising women, queer and non-binary folk. The platform’s label emerged in 2021 with the ‘321?’ EP from Swiss artist MILYMA.
