Midland is set to release his first solo EP in four years.

Spanning four tracks, ‘You Never Take Me Dancing’ will be released through the UK artist’s own Graded label and follows on from 2019’s ‘The Alchemy Of Circumstance’ EP.

‘You Never Take Me Dancing’ is said to “represent the next chapter in [Midland’s] studio process,” according to a press release. To mark the EP’s announcement, he’s shared lead track ‘Drift Into The Algorithm’, which you can listen to below.

‘You Never Take Me Dancing’ will be released on 10th November, and is available for pre-order via Bandcamp.

In 2021, Midland recorded the final mix in Honey Soundsystem’s long-running Potcast series.
