A socially distanced rave took place last weekend (30th May).

Nottingham promoters Nitty organised the event, which had a limited capacity of 40 attendees who were required to wear face masks and remain within a two-metre distance from other party go-ers.

The event featured sets from the likes of Dafs, Ben Sterling and Latmun, and took place in a forest in Nottingham. Nitty wrote on Facebook prior to the event that the socially distance rave had been signed off by the local council, and was legally allowed to take place.

The way we attend events during the COVID-19 pandemic is constantly evolving, with London gaining its first socially distanced music venue later this year. Virtual festivals have also been taking place, and earlier this week Amsterdam club RADION revealed a socially stanced event series.
