Janet Jackson went to London's Corsica Studios this past weekend

Janet Jackson was spotted at London’s Corsica Studios over the weekend.

The club was hosting a party by Eglo Records, the label founded by Alexander Nut and Floating Points, and the former posted a photo of himself together with Jackson at the venue via Instagram’s Stories function.

Writing on his story, which you can see via a screenshot below, the NTS DJ and Eglo co-founder said: “Janet Jackson came thru to the @eglorecords @corsica.studios party. And she was awesome.”

The line-up for the night included the likes of New York DJ Tony Touch, 4Hero member Marc Mac, and Eglo Records party regulars like Heléna Star, Aqwea and Alexander Nut himself.

DJ Tara, who also played at the event, tweeted of the night: “Janet Jackson was there and told me she loved my set. I was a stammering mess but Janet is everything.”

Earlier this month, a 25th anniversary reissue of Jackson’s classic album ‘The Velvet Rope’ was released, featuring remixes by Masters At Work, Armand Van Helden and more.

A long-awaited documentary about her life and career also came out at the start of this year.
