Aluna, Prettyboy D-O and Kooldrink release new single 'Nowhere To Hide': Listen

Aluna has released an Afrobeats and amapiano-inspired collaboration with the artists Prettyboy D-O and Kooldrink.

‘Nowhere To Hide’, which is out today, is produced by South African DJ and producer Kooldrink, while Aluna and Nigerian artist Prettyboy D-O’s vocals appear on the track.

Speaking about the track in a statement, Aluna said: “Kooldrink’s sense of melody is exceptional and deeply emotional which is what I live for – I sent Kooldrink a track I’d written with Nigerian artists Prettyboy D-O (known for pioneering the current Alté wave) and Higo in London last year.

“What’s beautiful about this song is that it brings together four people from across the world that are pushing boundaries, and pays homage to the Amapiano sound in South Africa.”

The new song follows Aluna’s recent collaboration with Jayda G on ‘Mine O’ Mine’.
