IMOGEN announces debut solo EP, 'What?'

UK DJ and producer IMOGEN has shared details of her debut solo EP, ‘What?’

Spanning five tracks, the EP arrives off the back of two collaborations with producer Ben Pest, as well as various solo productions released as part of a number of compilations in recent years.

The EP, she said, is her first bulk of music after having experienced an extended period of writer’s block during the COVID-19 pandemic. After a five-day period of isolation, the tracks on ‘What?’ were produced amid a sudden stream of inspiration.

The EP, which will be released by Berlin label Voitax on 25th July, touches on techno, electro, IDM and breakbeat across its five tracks.

The record is available for pre-order via Bandcamp.
