Le3 bLACK releases new EP, 'INFINITY X': Listen

UK rapper Le3 bLACK has released a new EP, ‘Infinity X’.

Out on DMY, the four-track release is the second instalment in a series of EPs by the artist. As well as touching on hip hop and R&B, it also folds in electronic music elements, influenced by his discovery of the music as a teen getting into artists like The Prodigy and Disclosure.

The record is executive produced by the rapper himself, while producer Kmado worked on one track. Nova, Dexter Black and Le3 bLACK’s regular creative partner Gxbby also appear across the record.

“I tried to find an equal amount of textures and inspirations that could help me out when I made the project,” the rapper said in a statement about the EP. “The creative process was intriguing but somewhat challenging; I went through a phase of finding myself but keeping it genuine to the sounds I’ve created before.

“I took inspiration from the origins of the mental state. So psychosis, paranoia and anxiety; which I got diagnosed with in 2019, and the trials and tribulations of dealing with such emotions and feelings.”

Last year, Le3 bLACK featured on Loraine James’ album ‘Reflection’. He also released the single ‘Status’.
