Madonna and Kylie Minogue Unite for Surprise Performance at WorldPride Amsterdam

In a monumental moment for pop music fans, Madonna brought out Kylie Minogue for a surprise performance of ‘Love Sensation’ at WorldPride Amsterdam. This rare collaboration marked a highlight of the evening, showcasing the enduring chemistry between two of the industry’s most influential figures.

The performance took place at the latest of Madonna’s ‘Club Confessions’ album launch shows at the AFAS Live venue on August 1, 2026. Following sets from Honey Dijon and Bebe Rexha, the Queen of Pop took the stage for a high-energy 30-minute set. As the opening notes of ‘Love Sensation’ filled the venue, Minogue emerged in a striking metallic purple outfit to join her peer on stage, performing the track from the recently released ‘Confessions II’.

The Australian superstar remained on stage as the set reached its climax, with the duo closing out the show with fan-favorite anthems ‘Sorry’ and ‘Hung Up’, both originally from the iconic 2005 album ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor’.

Following the event, Minogue shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse on her Instagram, expressing her gratitude to the crowd at the WorldPride celebration. This appearance marks only the second time the two icons have shared a stage, following their memorable performance at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles in March 2024, where they celebrated International Women’s Day with renditions of ‘I Will Survive’ and ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’.

Speculation regarding a potential collaboration between the two had been building since the release of ‘Confessions II’, which reunited Madonna with producer Stuart Price. When asked about the possibility of a duet during a recent interview on The Graham Norton Show, Madonna remained characteristically coy, stating, “It’s my job to be mysterious.”
