Voices From The Lake announce new album and one-off live show

Donato Dozzy and Neel have announced their long-awaited second album as Voices From The Lake, ‘II’.

The Italian ambient techno duo’s new album is set to arrive on 5th December, 13 years after their game-changing self-titled debut. ‘II’ will contain 11 new tracks, including a single that will be released on 22nd October. It will be available on 2xLP vinyl via the Spazio Disponibile webshop as well as digital formats.

On the same day as the lead single’s release, Voices From The Lake will perform a special one-off showcase of the album in immersive 360° L-ISA spatial audio as part of Amsterdam Dance Event 2025.

Besides an updated version of the debut released in 2023, the pair’s last release was ‘Between The Lines’, a collaborative four-track EP with Madrid-born producer Svreca.

Voices From The Lake was originally conceived as one-off live show in the Japanese Alps, a performance which would later become the foundation of self-titled 2012 album. The project was never meant to become what it did,” the duo reflected in a statement. “At one point, we even paused it. Only to later embrace it in all its forms. II is both a continuation and a reinvention.”
