Valesuchi announces new album, ‘Futuro Cercano’, on Discos Nutabe, shares ‘G’: Listen

Valesuchi has announced a new album. ‘Futuro Cercano’ will arrive via Discos Nutabe on 8th August. You can listen to the first track, ‘G’, below. 

The record marks the second full length outing from the Chilean-born, Rio de Janeiro-based producer, live performer and DJ. It follows on from 2019’s ‘Tragicomic’, released by Brazilian party Mamba Negra’s imprint, MAMBA rec. 

Inspired and influenced by Valesuchi’s experiences on the road meeting and becoming immersed in electronic music communities across South America. “Techniques to stretch or measure time” are used throughout, as are the artist’s own vocals on track including opener ’22’. The producer has described the process as “cyborging my friendship with the machine and becoming a tempest.”
