V/A – Street Bangers Factory 32

The Street Bangers Factory singles are Big Dope P’s way of welcoming new producers into the Moveltraxx family. SBF 32 is a little different because there’s only one newcomer — DJ Chad, son of the late Chicago footwork legend DJ Rashad. For his debut, ‘Get It Evryday’, Chad forges a blazing-hot anthem by doing little more than hammering the glossy hook of the track title into a roaring sub bass. Ditto Big Dope P’s ‘Tear Da Club Up’ — but, instead of a steady mantra, it’s MC MiaDMP namedropping the local legends of London’s nascent footwork scene, a space with the same grassroots-meets-premier-league values as SBF.
