Tomorrowland announces 2026 theme, Consciencia

Tomorrowland has announced its theme for 2026.

Consciencia – Portuguese for ‘Conscience’  – will define the festival giant’s flagship Belgian weekenders, alongside global editions through to next spring. 

Rooted in the idea that “six primal emotions form the foundations of existence: wonder, love, anger, joy, desire, and sadness”, the aesthetic will be fully unveiled in the coming months. Before then, a new book, The Legend of Consciencia, which tells the concept’s origin story, has been made available to pre-order. 

This year Tomorrowland will host its annual winter gathering at Alpe D’Huez, France, from 21st to 28th March. The event then moves to its spiritual home at Boom, Belgium, on the weekends of 16th – 19th and 23rd – 26th July. 

Further into the future, the festival will head to Thailand for its debut three dayer in Pattaya from 11th to 13th December. It’s next Brazilian instalment is scheduled to take place next spring (30th April – 2nd May 2027). In November, the brand hosted its first event in China.
