The Prodigy announce ‘Firestarter’ 30th anniversary vinyl reissue
The Prodigy are pressing a new vinyl edition of their iconic single ‘Firestarter’ to mark its 30th anniversary.
The physical reissue of the classic track comes with updated artwork and printed inner sleeves. It features the original track and instrumental version, as well as remixes by Andy C and Empirion. The former was first released in 2022, while the latter rework appeared on the original release in 1996.
The new vinyl edition will be available on 13th March, almost exactly 30 years to the day since ‘Firestarter’ was first released on 18th March, 1996. It can be pre-ordered via The Prodigy’s online store.
The Prodigy will tour extensively this year, hitting arenas across the UK and Ireland alongside special guests including Andy C, David Rodigan and ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U. Carl Cox will also play a three-deck vinyl opening set across various shows on the tour.
