TDJ announces debut album, shares ‘Where Is My Angel’: Listen

TDJ is releasing her debut album.

The 11-track self-titled LP, which lands on 27th June via Collection Disque Durs / All Night Long, features guest spots from Danny L Harle, Hannah Diamond and 8485. It’s introduced by the first single, ‘Where Is My Angel’, which you can check out the video for below. It also features the previously released track ‘On and On (You Lie) (feat. Clara Kimera)’.

‘Where Is My Angel’ is described as “a slow burn of hypermodern trance” that captures “the disorienting mix of distance and lucidity that defines life on the road”. 

“I needed to feel some kind of clarity out of this unpredictable life path I was embracing,” explained the Montréal-based DJ and producer born Geneviève Ryan-Martel of the touring schedule that inspired the track.

“I felt the need to slow down and really take the time to work on this one,” Martel said of the album, which features “slower tempos”. marking subtle shift in direction for the trance-minded DJ and producer.
