Premiere: LUMI ‘Losing My Mind’

In the dark, swirling aftermath of her August EP, ‘Rakas’, released via Tiga’s Turbo Recordings, the Seattle-based DJ and producer-on-the-rise returns to her roots with a seductive techno thumper. From the heady, industrial percussion and siren synths down to LUMI’s tantalising vocal, every facet of ‘Losing My Mind’ has been crafted to entice dancers deeper into the rave, whilst tipping the Finnish-American producer as one of the genre’s most tantalising new prospects.

Set for release this Friday (20th September), the single is the first release on her new label SKADI, named after the Nordic goddess of winter. As per LUMI’s own tastes, the imprint will focus around techno sounds, with forays into house, electro, indie dance and more.
