NAINA releases debut EP, ‘Survival’: Listen
NAINA’s debut EP is out now.
Released via Hooversound Recordings — the label she has run with SHERELLE since 2019 — ‘Survival’ is described as a “high-energy, body-moving journey through techno, jungle, footwork, and breaks”.
The cathartic EP, which was written “during difficult times” for the UK DJ, broadcaster and producer, features the previously released singles ‘Id Rather Be Anywhere (Than Here With You)’ and ‘Body Movement’, along with ‘Valentine’ and ‘Core Memories’.
“Music has always been my escapism. I love making beats, and it has always been a private hobby for me to enjoy,” she explained in a press statement. “It helped me a lot when my mental health was in the bin; now my brain is less broken, and I am ready for the world to hear my music.”

The debut EP follows her NAINA’s work as part of the South London platform No Edits and projects such as No ID and Dialled In.
