Max Dean remixes Timbaland’s ‘The Way I Are’ featuring Keri Hilson and D.O.E.: Listen

Max Dean has dropped a remix of Timbaland’s ‘The Way I Are’.

The rework of the 2007 track, which features US R&B vocalist Keri Hilson along with verses from rapper D.O.E. and Timbaland’s brother Sebastian, can be heard via Apple Music below.

The original version of ‘The Way I Are’ was featured on the US producer’s second album ‘Shock Value’.

It’s been a breakout year for rising UK house producer Max Dean, whose ‘Can’t Decide’ collab with Locky and Luke Dean made it onto DJ Mag’s best tracks of the year. It was also publically voted best track of the year at our Best of British Awards 2025.

Meanwhile, last year saw Timbaland join Missy Elliott on her first-ever headline tour of North America for Out of This World — The Missy Elliott Experience.
