Martin Garrix Debuts New Madonna Collaboration ‘Bizarre’ in Brooklyn
Martin Garrix delivered a major surprise to fans in New York over the weekend, debuting a brand-new collaborative track with Madonna. The Dutch DJ unveiled the track, titled ‘Bizarre’, during the final night of his three-show residency at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on 13th June.
Attendees were quick to identify the unmistakable vocals of the pop legend layered over a driving dance production. The performance was accompanied by a striking visual display of pink, blue, and purple lasers, which align with the aesthetic of her forthcoming album, Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II. The single is reportedly the fourth release from the 16-track project, which is slated for a 3rd July release.
‘Bizarre’ follows a string of recent teasers from the upcoming album, including ‘I Feel So Free’, ‘Bring Your Love’ featuring Sabrina Carpenter, and ‘Love Sensation’. The project serves as a spiritual successor to Madonna’s seminal 2005 record, Confessions on a Dance Floor. While the track has generated significant buzz, no official release date has been confirmed.

Beyond the new collaboration, Martin Garrix has been busy shaping his own upcoming studio album. In a recent interview with Toronto’s KiSS 92.5, he confirmed that the record is expected by the end of this year. Describing the sound as more “accessible” and “fun” than his 2022 debut, Sentio, the producer continues to evolve his signature sound. Whether his high-profile collaboration with Ed Sheeran, ‘Repeat It’, will make the final tracklist remains to be seen.
