London rave history celebrated in new Sports Banger and adidas collaborative capsule

London-based fashion brand Sports Banger has linked up with adidas to produce a new capsule collection inspired by London rave history.

The one-off collection includes tracksuits, T-shirts and other clothing items, bearing hand-printed tongue-in-cheek slogans and images. Among the most eye-catching pieces is the M25 tracksuit, which references the London Orbital Motorway that served as a key path to the ’90s free parties that took place amid the explosion of UK rave music.

Released today (Friday, 13th February), the collection will not be available at retail from adidas or Sports Banger. Instead, fans will be given the chance to gain access to a sale of the items via a raffle on adidas’ CONFIRMED app. Winners of the raffle will be announced on 14th February.

In 2023, Sports Banger celebrated its 10th anniversary with the release of a book, ‘Lifestyles Of The Rich, Poor & Famous’.
