Logic1000 shares new single, ‘i couldn’t hold back’, featuring George Riley: Listen

Logic1000 has released a new single, ‘i couldn’t hold back’, featuring George Riley. Check it out below.

Released via Therapy / Because Music, the single is built on a 2-step framework with deep house melodies and grooves, capped off with shimmering vocals from Riley.

Speaking on the new track and what it was like to work with Riley, the Australian DJ and producer commented: “This is honestly such a beautiful song. I think a lot of the beauty came from working with George and her voice. There’s a quality about them that is familiar, warm and confident. This song brings up feelings of heartache, yearning and hope. we worked remotely on this track, but after meeting George in person, I really felt like it gave me closure. I think because I was so satisfied that I had worked with someone so full of life and positive, beautiful energy. Love to George, love to you all.”

The new single is Logic1000’s first since she released her contribution to the DJ-Kicks series earlier this year. It also arrives just in time for her appearance at Glastonbury this weekend.

Last year, Logic1000 released her debut album, ‘Mother’. You can read DJ Mag’s review of the album here.
