just lil announces new EP, ‘distant shade’, shares ‘come tru’: Listen

just lil has announced a new EP, ‘distant shade’, arriving next month via Boxset Recordings.

The project includes recent singles ‘think about u’ and ‘rose on a stone’, alongside the brand new track ‘come tru’ — a “whirlwind romance anthem” produced by Ludwig A.F. You can listen to it below.

The release is accompanied by an official visualiser directed by Talia Beale (Nia Archives, Gorillaz, Pa Salieu) and a series of short-form performance visuals shot by filmmaker Arran Ashan. 

2026 is shaping up to be another milestone year for the Foundation FM resident, who recently supported Ross From Friends (fka Bubble Love) at his sold-out show at London’s Outernet. Last year also saw the launch of just lil’s own clothing line Bon Bleu, which premiered at Soho club House Party alongside a headline set from MJ Cole.
