Hï Ibiza launches first in-club art gallery in collaboration with W1 Curates
The world’s first designated art gallery inside a nightclub has opened at Hï Ibiza.
Unveiled earlier this month in collaboration with The Night League and London-based digital art collective W1 Curates, the gallery blends digital works, physical installations and interactive technology. There are also murals and sculptures on display.
Visitors are welcomed at the club’s entrance by a mural from Mr Cenz, whose art is rooted in graffiti style, as well as music and street culture. Using the W1 Curates app, the mural becomes interactive, and visitors can scan it with their phones to explore an augmented reality layer that brings the piece to life.
Inside the venue, there are sculptures created by artists KidEight and WhIsBe, while the club’s Don Perignon Bar houses an exhibition presenting further digital art. The gallery artists will rotate throughout the summer, offering new experiences for returning guests.
A curated selection of the artworks are available for purchase. Created exclusively for the Hï Ibiza x W1 Curates collaboration, they will not be available anywhere else.
