Di Chiara Brothers – ENDZ062

Four tracks of polished, streamlined tech house from Italian duo Di Chiara Brothers, a sound they’ve honed in the last couple of years, characterised by crisp, clean drums and hefty bass lines that are often the main melodic riff. It’s the same here, with three of the tracks bounding along on big-room-friendly Moog-ish sounding bass riffs. Pick of the bunch ‘The Big Boom’ feels a little funkier than the others, and with its tasty clattering snare pattern and syncopated vocal samples almost feels like there’s a breakbeat track inside trying to get out. Another slick DCB release.
