Carlita to headline DJ Mag Presents party in Dallas’ It’ll Do Club
DJ Mag Presents is heading to Dallas in January 2025, for a party headlined by Carlita.
The Turkish-Italian DJ and producer – who released her debut album, ‘Sentimental’, on Ninja Tune earlier this month – will play at Dallas’ It’ll Do Club on Friday, 10th January.
Kicking off at 9pm, the event will be hosted by Texan drag artist Bleach, with DJ support coming from It’ll Do Club resident Red Eye. Tickets to the party are available here.
Carlita – real name Carla Frayman – has risen fast in recent years. When she’s not playing high profile DJ sets at the likes of Coachella, Circoloco and Tomorrowland, the multi-instrument also curates her own interdisciplinary party concept Senza Fine and her Astra Club parties alongside DJ Tennis.
Her highly anticipated debut record landed earlier this month. Featuring 12 tracks, including collaborations with the likes of DJ Tennis, Cleo Simone and SG Lewis, it’s the culmination of her journey so far, and to where she’s going next.
Speaking about the album, Carlita said: “I want fans to see a different side to me musically. I think most people come to my shows at clubs and festivals and see me playing lots of big club records but I want people to hear this album and really see a different side to me musically and be left surprised by the sound of it.”
