Carl Cox taps Chase & Status for 'Our Time Will Come' remix: Listen

Chase & Status have remixed a new track by Carl Cox, called ‘Our Time Will Come’.

The original version of the cut is currently unreleased and set to appear on Cox’s forthcoming album, ‘Electronic Generations’, which will be released on 2nd December.

The remix came about after Carl Cox played b2b with Chase & Status on Glastonbury’s Arcadia stage this past summer. The drum & bass duo have given the original cut a breakbeat-based spin, with it arriving off the back of the release of their sixth studio album, ‘What Came Before’, which came out in June.

Carl Cox’s new album, his first in over a decade, was originally announced back in June, with its initial planned September release date having been delayed since.

Speaking about the new record, he said: “I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to share this album. As a live artist and a DJ I get to play all over the world and to see people enjoying the shared experience of being together and dancing. I’ve pulled together all the elements that I’ve learned from watching those crowds, added my sound and tried to bring you a true electronic music experience.”
