Beatport launch new iOS app and rebrand

News

Beatport has launched a new app for iOS as well as a full rebrand of the website and logo. The new app essentially allows LINK users to create and tweak playlists on the go, as well as being able to access and listen to Beatport charts, DJ charts, DJ sets as well as trending artists and the ability to search through the whole catalogue.

Your Library will also feature anything you’ve bought from Beatport over the years as well as your playlists for syncing with Beatport LINK on software like VirtualDJ, rekordbox, Serato and Traktor and hardware like Denon DJ’s PRIME range.

Playlists made and tweaked on the app will be reflected across any Beatport LINK compatible hardware and software, so you can prepare your sets on the go. New playlist and changes will also be reflected on BeatportDJ, their web-based DJ platform launched earlier this year. An Android version of the new app will come “later this year”. Download the iOS app here.

Beatport has also rebranded, with a new logo and brand messaging designed by Swedish firm Kurppa Hosk. Watch Beatport’s launch video below.
