Beastie Boys’ Mike D Announces First-Ever European Solo Live Dates

Beastie Boys’ Mike D is set to bring his creative vision to the stage with his first-ever solo live performances across Europe and the UK this June. The legendary New York rapper and producer has confirmed a nine-date run that will see him visiting major cities including London, Berlin, Paris, and Barcelona, among others.

The announcement follows the release of his debut solo single, ‘Switch Up’, a track that has already generated significant buzz. Mike D has been steadily building anticipation for this new chapter, utilizing digital postcards and a surprise performance alongside his sons’ band, Very Nice Person, to tease the project. His recent momentum includes two sold-out solo gigs in Los Angeles and Pasadena, as well as upcoming shows at the Brooklyn roller disco venue, Xanadu.

In addition to his live touring, Mike D has expanded his artistic output with a new zine dedicated to his solo work, created in collaboration with Charles Deroyan and Can Can Press. This follows the recent Beastie Boys activity in April, which saw the reissue of their acclaimed 2004 album, ‘To The 5 Boroughs’, in a deluxe edition featuring 11 bonus tracks.

Fans looking to catch the 2026 tour can find further information and ticketing details on Mike D’s official 5D website.
