Barbican announces late-night party series
London’s Barbican is hosting a series of late-night electronic music parties this year.
According to a press release, the series, titled anyone can dance, is an event “celebrating dance and diaspora. Five parties will take place under the banner across 2026 at Barbican’s Level–1 foyer space, which will be transformed into a dancefloor with events running until 3am.
The first party sees Barbican collaborate with the collective Eastern Margins, celebrating alternative East and South East Asian artists. It will take place on Friday, 20th February, and feature sets from @nickcheo, Bass Queen, KOLLIN, Jianbo and MEYY.

Further anyone can dance events will be announced in the coming months.
Last month, it was revealed that Barbican will close for 12 months in June 2028 to undergo renovation work.
Last year, the venue transformed its car park into a temporary club space for the Feel the Sound exhibition, and hosted Rebel Radio, an event series exploring the importance of Britain’s pirate radio stations.
