Defected is hosting a livestream in aid of Ibiza Food Bank

News

UK house music institution Defected is hosting a livestream event to raise money for the Ibiza Food Bank (IFB) charity. DJs including Danny Rampling, David Penn, Roger Sanchez and the Melon Bomb crew will be performing from various locations including the roof of Ibiza club EDEN and the famous Wild Corner in Hï Ibiza. Manu Gonzalez will stream with views of Dalt Villa in Ibiza town.

The stream is part of Defected’s Press Play series that’s seen DJs like Folamour, Riva Starr, Monki and many more play varied sets on their Twitch channel.

Regarding the IBF fundraiser, Defected says: “The Ibiza Food Bank’s mission is to create a community of volunteers across the island who will collect food, coordinate donations, volunteer on local farms, man collection points or work in the food bank itself. The food Ibiza Food Bank volunteers collect will be prepared and donated to their charity partners.”

The stream takes place on Friday, April 16th, starting at 12pm BST on Defected’s Twitch channel. You can donate to Ibiza Food Bank on their GoFundMe here.
